Official Introduction | Samsung
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra It's huge, it's beautiful, it has a nice screen, it has a huge camera at the top. In fact, it's a bit like the Galaxy S 20 Ultra version of the same phone. OK, really a lot like Galaxy S 20 Ultra, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, S 20 Ultra, Note 20 Ultra. Sorry, look we'll find some differences between these two phones later.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Ecosystem: Official Introduction | Samsung
The important point right now is, well, I don't like the Note 20 Ultra starting at Rs 1,300, I like this phone and Samsung hasn't revived the Note Store to say anything here. It's just, you know, it's a big phone, but what I like about it, and some of the things I don't really like about it, is just a lot of little things. We should join it, let's get into it. So it's not about reviewing every phone. Some phones have a kind of modest style. It's not as trivial as the Pixel 4A here, but it's a really good phone. But it is the ultra of a note whose capital is U. And so, people are caring about the people who go for this phone. So let's talk about some of the key things at the very top.
It has a 6.9-inch Quad HD Plus display that supports HDR10Plus. It's definitely OLED and has a 120 Hz refresh rate, and it's the first refresh rate for Samsung. Samsung says that if nothing is moving on the screen, it can go up to 10 Hz, and is thought to save battery life. In addition to the refresh rate, the screen is also excellent. I like colors, I like pixel density.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Is Looking Good
I don't even care how it rotates, but I'm going to talk about the refresh rate again. It really matters on this class of phone and it looks really good. You can feel it throughout the operating system. Now, one thing you should know is that you can't get a maximum refresh rate at 120 and get a maximum resolution on the screen, but I don't care. Give me a refresh rate. It has 12GB of RAM, which, in my opinion, is enough for multitasking for an Android phone. And the 3 1,300 version of this phone has 128GB of storage, which is really Samsung?
I know it's expandable with micro SD, but at that price, it can't shed up to 256? come on. Anyway, the 512-gig version costs over 150 150. It has a Snapdragon 865 processor. It has a 4500 mAh battery, and with a lot of use of this thing, I sometimes get a screen time of six hours. Overnight on standby, it's sleeping like 10%. So I think the battery life is great. I mean, it should be, like I said, a big phone.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Review
It has a screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, wireless charging, reverse wireless charging, stereo speaker IP16, water resistance, Bluetooth 5, this S pen is here, it's a huge camera bump. Actually, we're going to save the camera later on the S Pen because a lot was going on, but anyway, you get the point. It has a new matte finish on the back that I think looks better than glossy, but it's actually a bit more slippery, at least it feels the same to me. Now, what does it mean for this thing to be ultra e, ultra e? Well, I think that's what it means. This thing just happened here, this camera crashed, this is Mesa.
It's a huge flat with a vast expanse of desert, that's the back of this phone. It's big and its square is closed. In fact, it's even bigger than hitting a giant camera on the Galaxy S20 Ultra. It has a 12-megapixel sensor and the images that come out of it are fine but not amazing, which is a kind of parity for ultra-wide cameras.
Samsung Note 20 Ultra Camera Zoom Test
Then there is the selfie camera, which is only 10 megapixels. And what's going on here, Samsung? I've turned off every facial filter option I can find, and it's still painting bad makeup all over my face. I literally looked like a ham in this picture. I know that there is a good camera inside this phone anywhere, with which one can work hard to smooth its whole face. Good news for telephoto lenses. It has a 12-megapixel sensor and uses a periscope to increase the range so that it can digitally zoom 5x optically and 50x space. Now, interestingly, this Galaxy S20 Ultra has a smaller megapixel count and a smaller zoom. Well, even at 50x on this thing, things don't look good, but they look better than 100x on other phones. Once you're 10x or 15x, it's still party style.
