Snipping Tool
The Snapping Tool is a Microsoft Windows screenshot utility that includes Windows Vista and later. It can take screenshots of open windows, rectangular areas, free-form areas or fullscreen. Then snaps can be made using a mouse or tablet, as an image file or MHTML file, or as an email.


How to use
  • go to the window icon at the very left corner of your desktop or press the Windows button from your keyboard.
  • Type snipping tool


  • Click on an app icon
  • here some like this in the front of you


  • go to the new
  • after appearing the white background some like this
  • select the area as you want
  • now open a new window dialogue same like this
  • here you will able to select to custom screen size by adjusting yourselves as you want
  • go to the mode and select one of them options.
  • for example, I select a free-form snip option
  • now select the area by using your mouse left button like pen/drawing rule
