Keyboard shortcuts are keys or combinations of keys that provide an alternative way to do something that you’d typically do with a mouse. In the below table of related shortcuts:

Ctrl + C (or Ctrl + Insert) Copy the selected item
Ctrl + X Cut the selected item
Ctrl + V (or Shift + Insert) Paste the cut or copied item
Ctrl + Z Undo recently run an action
Ctrl + Y Redo an action
Ctrl + A Select all items in the window or document
Alt + F4 Close current Window
Alt + Tab () Go to other opened apps or windows
+ L Lock your machine or device
Ctrl + D (or Delete) Delete the selected item and move it to the Trash / Recycle Bin
Shift + Delete Permanently Delete & don't move it to the Trash / Recycle Bin
Esc Leave or Stop the current task
Ctrl + R (or F5) Refresh the active window quickly

Advanced Keys

+ Maximize to the left side of the screen and open another window or app on right side
+ Maximize to the right side of the screen and open another window or app on left side

+ Minimize / remove current window or app
+ D Go to the Desktop from anywhere
+ Tab () Open Task View and add multiple desktop
+ Space bar Select another language keyboard layout
+ Plus (+) Open magnifier
+ X from bottom Open Quick menu
+ comma ( , ) Go to the desktop for short time (As long as you hold down)
+ Pause Display the System Properties (Check your RAM, Processor, System Type etc)
